I have been buying through Craig at Balloch branch for some time now. The service from Craig and his team is the best I have ever seen. Attentive and communicative. Very customer focused even during stressful covid. I buy a lot of construction material and I now will always use Cowal ahead of the big nationals. Cowal are much more responsive and friendly. I have used Cowal Building Supplies on a number of occasions and have always been pleased with the service I receive, from the guys in the yard advising me on best product, through the office staff arranging delivery and taking payment, to delivery drivers arriving within the time promised.
