I have been buying through Craig at Balloch branch for some time now. The service from Craig and his team is the best I have ever seen. Attentive and communicative. Very customer focused even during stressful covid. I buy a lot of construction material and I now will always use Cowal ahead of the big nationals. Cowal are much more responsive and friendly.
