When order came it was wrong
When order came it was wrong, they replaced the order and allowed me to keep the wrongly delivered items. Coffee is amazing… very good service

Great tea and excellent customer service
I love Cornish tea, especially the decaf which is achieved by a natural process instead of using the equivalent of paint stripper by some leading brands. I have a subscription arrangement which I tried to change but ended up ordering about 3000 tea bags. I e mailed Cornish tea to explain my stupidity, immediately received a reply with the order corrected and a refund made. I received the correct order in two days. Excellent tea and great customer service
