Great tea and excellent customer service
I love Cornish tea, especially the decaf which is achieved by a natural process instead of using the equivalent of paint stripper by some leading brands. I have a subscription arrangement which I tried to change but ended up ordering about 3000 tea bags. I e mailed Cornish tea to explain my stupidity, immediately received a reply with the order corrected and a refund made. I received the correct order in two days. Excellent tea and great customer service
