All good but disappointed with plywood
Great service, good prices. Staff are both friendly and very helpful. Sadly, I can only express my disappointment with the plywood I ordered. I bought some 12mm and 6mm Malaysian Hardwood ply for a particular project. When it arrived I saw it was only three ply. I kept it and ploughed on but, unfortunately, it proved unusable for the cabinet and drawers I wanted it for. Too flimsy and too many voids. The 12mm sheet also had a bit of a nasty warp in it too (luck of the draw, I know) Shame, if I had known it was only three ply I would have held off and not purchased. I know now though. Everything else was good though - great company.

Excellent Service and communications
I have used Coomers regularly over the past 8 months for a major garden project. The staff have been helpful throughout and the deliveries are always prompt and with real interest taken from the drivers/ staff as they visit the site. They have gone out of their way to manoeuvre the grab lorry Properly to position the materials I have ordered. On my last order, I accidentally clicked that I would collect the materials from one of their branches recently instead of selecting delivery. Incredibly, they called me before I realised the mistake having recognised my name and told me that the delivery would be sorted... There are builders merchants all around me in Fleet who I could use but why bother when I get this level of service and choice. Good Company - recommended.
