Outstanding service and price.
Placed order and response was quick and helpful. Unable to supply timber length ordered but substituted with the next size up at no extra cost. Delivered on given day and off-loaded into garage. Everything supplied as ordered. Have no complaints at all other than my end product will not rate five stars.

Don't click and collect...
Booked a click and collect online but that was a mistake, no 'ready' email arrived so I went to the Haslemere branch, they had not even received the request from head office 3 hours after submission! Staff were fantastic and I walked out 10 minutes later with my timber. Coomers need to get into the real 'click and collect' world and wake up to the levels of service expected now. Moral of story - forget Click and collect, just get down to the branch!
