Bank account application
It would have really helped if all the details for the business accounts including what they were offering was included rather than expecting customers to make a choice from the limited list with limited info. I choose to go with another company recommended to me but if i had waited there was some really good offers from the company (I choose from the list) as i could not move on with my registration. The offers were not clear.

Advisors on the phone had a patient, kind and honest approach
The process had a few hiccups caused by my newness to forming a company, but the operators ( I phoned in several times! ) were very patient and kind. I appreciate this gentle approach! Companies Made Simple even refunded my fee immediately when I mistakenly overpaid. I think they understand people have a lot of questions and can be quite nervous about setting up their own company) I was guided through and came out with my own company, properly registered, and I can't ask for more. Thank you, Sarah.

Fast, Easy and Cheap
Fast, easy and cheap. What else can I say. Would recommend Companies Made Simple for anyone wanting to open a Limited Company in the UK. Took less that 30 minutes to fill in all required details. Had to upload ID to prove who I was, in the same day I had my company number, by the next day my company appeared on the online Companies House register. So simple.

Helped me correct changes even after I submitted the application for review
I had selected a different nationality and I only realized post submitting the application for review, I panicked as there was no way to edit. Without wasting anytime I sent an email to companies made simple customer support. Clare from customer support replied asap and helped me correct the mistake. She is very patient and understanding.
