Bank account application
It would have really helped if all the details for the business accounts including what they were offering was included rather than expecting customers to make a choice from the limited list with limited info. I choose to go with another company recommended to me but if i had waited there was some really good offers from the company (I choose from the list) as i could not move on with my registration. The offers were not clear.

I like the way how they are treating… with some remarks
I like the way how they are treating the application remotely, however the ID & Proof of residence authentication is not working properly I think due to integration between mobile Web & portal. Also, London presence account requirements are same company formation application, both application has to be unified in single application.
