I had ordered 2 army pants for my son, they sent me 4 damaged, burnt shirts and when I raised a complaint by mailing them, they didn't bother to respond till date. They don't have any calling number, only one email id they have given where if mails are being sent, no responses are received. How can such stores get licenses to carry business and cheat customers. Very, very disappointed & dissatisfied. Offline purchases are always better.

I had ordered a t shirt and received 2 shirts and t shirt. Tat too a old used one. This guy's are cheating to the core. They have return policy. But no clue about it. Don't buy product from "the clothing shop" they are faurds.
Had ordered for 2 cotton jogger paints size 38 but have received 2 kids jeans. What a blunder. It's a cheating with the customers. Please look into it and ànd exchange the item as per ordered.

They are only receiving a 1 because I can not select 0. They shipped an order to the wrong address and tried to blame PayPal. No other shipments using PayPal has shipped to the wrong address in the last eight months. Five months ago this company shipped to the right address, but could not ship to the correct address last week. Customer service is horrible. They refused to make any kind of Resolution to my issue. I will never do business with his company again.

I inquired on an order 7 days ago that stated it shipped from a location less than 200 miles from me. It was a holiday when I placed the order but it still hasn't arrived. They shipped across the country and now I have to wait several more days to receive the item. I would think they would send a new item given the error was not on my part. I was also told they would follow up yesterday and I have not heard from them. I would not recommend them.

I found this website while looking to purchase some plain t-shirts. I have since used them a couple more times. Their prices are great, the quality has been great. I ordered my regular size and all of the shirts have fit perfectly, both short and long sleeves. Shipping is fast enough and I've always received exactly what I ordered.

I was shipped someone else’s order entirely, UPS updated the tracking immediately as delivered, however I keep getting them same generic automated response from them saying the carrier hasn’t updated the status yet and they’d have to wait 14 days to re-ship my correct order. Unacceptable. After this experience I realized this was my second attempt from this company to purchase this one item. The first time was on Amazon which was never even shipped!

ordered a month ago, not even close to the expected date of delivery. tried to sign in, forgot my password, was told "link would be sent to reset", no link.....still no word, no clothes, no link....nothing except the charge on my charge card....i would like to receive either an email explaining or even a link to reset my password. i guess at this point a credit for what i paid or what the actual product i ordered does not seem to be forthcoming
