It was great experience, I was just going through a divorce and wasn’t able to pass

From the moment I spoke with Jean all the way through testing, I was extremely satisfied. Jean answered all of my questions before signing up and after I signed up for Cheetah Learning. Vikram Bala was our coach and I must say, he was the best instructor I have ever had. His delivery, focus and knowledge were all perfect.

25% of the people in my class actually passed the test on the first try. While I was one of the lucky ones who passed, I feel strongly that it was due to prior experience with PMI testing, as that is what I found myself pulling from the most. The Cheetah website boasts a 98% pass rate. The instructor will point out to you on day 1 that this rate only applies to the THIRD time you take the test. The first attempt's pass rate is closer to 60%. I felt that was incredibly misleading, though not terribly surprising. They will continuously reveal new things that can void your refund "guarantee," in an obvious effort to produce a "gotcha" if you try to request the refund. It also doesn't really take a week, they ask you to memorize a lot and read through the book twice before the class starts. During the class week, don't expect to have more than a couple hours per day available to do anything but attend class and study. Save yourself some money and take a real course or buy one of the many available study aids, you'll be more successful with less effort. *EDIT*: In response to Cheetah's reply: I have now included my name, and I did share my experience with you directly. You were snarky, I provided more detail, and then you never responded again. I'm not inclined to discuss there further, you had plenty of opportunities to discuss in a private forum. Follow-up: First of all, accusing someone of libel for providing their honest opinion of your company's service is silly. I understand that you don't like the review, which is why you should have considered handling the initial private review that was provided, rather than constantly trying to imply that I am lying, or in this case committing a crime. That is ludicrous, and I have lowered my rating from 2 stars to 1 as a result. Second, I understand the need to provide limits on your guarantee. I agree that that is necessary! The problem I had was that the limits are difficult to identify. Taking your PMP is stressful enough, without having to worry that you might be missing something small that would void your guarantee. Especially when - whether valid or not - new limits that were not listed on the site were introduced later on. I would have been perfectly willing to bump my rating up if I felt you cared, but from your behavior it seems clear to me that you do not. Rather than trying to attack the person who's providing you negative feedback, in the future I hope you will try to learn from them. For me, this has been too much time spent talking to folks who aren't listening, and I'm not going to respond further.

What I learn with Cheetah as I keep my commitment to continual improvement by training and implementation allows me to meet my diverse project goals, and schedules while remaining in budget. I had many other classes, but Cheetah courses are the best.

Excellent boot camp and very skilled instructor. Unfortunately I did not pass the test, but that was my issue.

Terrible, outdated, ineffective material and strategy. Virtual teacher was not knowledgeable, was defensive, did not answer questions, gave the false impression that he did not have the answers to practice exam questions right in front of him... he was basically useless. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE I KNOW!!

Hard to imagine passing this difficult exam without having taken this course.

Cheetah learning delivers results when you follow their recommended approach. They guide you through the application process, focus the learning and expose you to the testing environment. Our coach flexed the course yet kept a tight schedule. He provided guidance and encouragement and demonstrated thorough knowledge of the subject matter. There were some gaps/inconsistencies in the orientation information which were quickly addressed with a clarifying question.

While I could have lived without the Comic Sans typeface on all of their materials, it's hard to make any real criticisms. Great class, and our instructor, Ray Strano, was first rate. The class is not inexpensive, but my own experience tells it all: I passed on my first try.

Dr. Bala was a great instructor. He reinforced all of the right information and ensured there was real learning and linkage that took place throughout the training. This program exceeded my expectations!

Exactly as promised - coaching tips and guidelines for how to take and pass the PMP exam. The breadth and depth of the material (PMBOK) is such that it would take multiple training classes and several months to cover in a 'traditional' approach. No question the 4 days were long and intense but the holistic approach (diet, music, breathing exercises and other stress avoidance techniques) made both the class and the exam achievable. Plus the techniques can, and will, be applied to other aspects of my life.
