A win for the consumer

Chase monro have handled a claim I had against my car finance provider. Yes claims do take a long time to finalise but Jenny my case manager from chase monro have kept me informed all the way through the process and we have finally won. I would recommend to anyone thinking they may be owed money back.

Chase Monro helped me file my Discretionary Commission Arrangement claim against my car finance company last week. The complaint was submitted the same day and I have already had confirmation that DCA was used on my agreement. Just waiting for the compensation to follow once the FCA finalise their compensation plan in September

Not happy Scared I am being scammed

I made this claim over a year ago. It has been no communication apart from emails to sign contracts and emails to let me know that the claim is being delayed for reason or another. Just had an email to say I would have to wait to September for an update. I feel like I'm being scammed And I will be liable for charges if I request to cancel the claim, I do not recommend taking this course of action. I am very worried I am being scammed.

Scammers

Scammers! I have been with them for years, and nothing been done, I was with Ali law last year, then they closed my case. And then out of the blue this year I had an email from chase monroe stating another company going to take over my case, after careful thinking I kindov had enough, so when I spoke to Charlie, he was very obnoxious in he ways and said I would have to pay a fee for all his work!!! Laughable cos nothing been done, then I wrote a cancellation letter to the company only it been returned by Royal Mail stating the address doesn’t exist , and then I got another email saying that my documents are going to expire after the 22 April , I have been hounded by this company chase monroe. And the new one that I wished not to continue with. All a scam, and if you think otherwise you’re in for a long long ride. Want my entire case closed and never ever would I deal with these crooks again so be warned.

Helped me to get £6k refunded to my account

I asked Chase Monro to look at my car finance agreement about 18 months ago to see if they could assist with a claim against my lender. At the time I didn't realise it was going to take so long and I don't think Chase Monro did either. However, they have explained to me why things have taken so long. Basically it isn't like a PPI claim and the law is very complicated and until recently my claim would have had to go to court to be settled and Chase Monro were not confident that the courts were ready to hear my case successfully which is fair enough. Despite this Chase Monro have stuck with me and tried other options. They have been in regular contact with me to discuss progress and to request various documents from me to help my claim which I was only too happy to provide. They helped me build my case and put it before the Ombudsman which I could not possibly have been able to do myself in such a professional and detailed way. They have dealt with all the necessary communication with the various parties and I have now, thanks to Chase Monro finally had my complaint upheld. I have just received a payment of over £6000. For anyone thinking this is a quick or easy process- think again, but these guys are in my opinion experts and will get the job done well and in the shortest possible time.

Great service and communication

I was a little weary of using this company after reading some of the reviews on here. However, my experience to date has been worthy of a good review. My claim was passed onto Chase Monro to handle on Monday. On Tuesday I had received confirmation that my claim had been sent to my lender. I did call them today and my call was missed but I was called back by someone called Charlie who was very knowledgeable and able to explain the claims process in detail. I have every confidence that my claim is in good hands.

Really bad experience with Chase Monro

Really bad experience with Chase Monro. Customer service? Doesn’t exist at Chase Monro, I’ve emailed and called time and time again and never get any answer from them yet continue to receive emails about my case. P*ss poor service from chase monro. Please for the love of god if you are reading this…do not get involved with them!!!!

Can't speak to/email them

Ill-advisedly started a claim after an ad on Instagram (did you have a PCP car loan?) and never heard from them again. Until today! When I got an email asking for more documentation, which I cannot send to them as their email accounts are set up not to receive any incoming mail. Don't waste your time.
