The center for vain location in Waldorf is very welcoming. The staff is helpful when I have a question about the procedure.

My 6 month check up went smoothly. The staff was atentive and listened to my health updates. Updating my health records in their records. They gave me time to talk and listened!! Which is more than many healthcare providers are given the time to do. I appreciate their caring!

Dr Aikens and staff significantly improved the swelling in my legs by performing Verathena on problem areas of legs/ankles. Highly recommend making an appointment to see if a treatment plan can be developed for you.

Everyone at the office was very polite, friendly and the office was very clean. Doctor DOEL was very knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything that I needed to have done. She recommends she does not get pushy with having it done. She just recommends what needs to be done. I would recommend this place.

Great service…however only concern is the wait time. Check in time to procedures are too long. Avg wait time for me has been 1 1/2 hrs.

I got an appointment very soon, the stuff is professional and they examined me very carefully. Appointments for the treatments were scheduled quick as well . Everything good so far.

My first visit was quite through and more than just an expected consultation. After the ultrasound, Dr. Anandan explained my veins status and the need for further treatment. I was also given una boot wraps which have greatly helped some ongoing wound issues. I am to receive a mobile leg pump that will help my circulation. I am impressed that I received so much care in a short period of time.

I was very impressed with the care I received at Hobart Office. The physician was attentive and compassionate, the ultrasound technician was extremely patient and answered all of my questions, and the nurse provided truly excellent service.

Dr. Moore and his staff were very thorough and professional. The office is very clean and pleasant. My legs feel so much better now. I am back to my regular exercising too! I am so happy with the results!

Difficulty reaching office. Made 18 attempts since 12/11, then in office on 12/19 and front desk person just stared at me when I asked why no one answered the phone. During the holidays the office was closed, but no messaging provided. One scheduler (not in office) said they were open, another said they were in Silver Spring and finally another said the Rockville office was closed for the holidays. Lack of follow through and lack of basic customer service skills. Just seat savers. I fault Dr. Fernandez as these folks are his representatives.
