Difficulty reaching office
Difficulty reaching office. Made 18 attempts since 12/11, then in office on 12/19 and front desk person just stared at me when I asked why no one answered the phone. During the holidays the office was closed, but no messaging provided. One scheduler (not in office) said they were open, another said they were in Silver Spring and finally another said the Rockville office was closed for the holidays. Lack of follow through and lack of basic customer service skills. Just seat savers. I fault Dr. Fernandez as these folks are his representatives.
