Disappointing Experience
Just going to echo a similar experience to some of the other reviews. Reached out about a car and trading in my own, friendly guy got back to me after the weekend and took all the details of my car; reg, mileage etc. then never heard from them again. Reached out twice including an email just asking they weren't interested so I could start looking elsewhere but nothing. Just felt disrespectful to be honest.
I can’t recommend enough
I can’t recommend enough. James was brilliant. He replied to my email quickly and He got me sorted out with the car dealer with lead to a sale. Would definitely use this site again.

I merely asked for a quote for 4 tyres…
I merely asked for a quote for 4 tyres for a car they normally service , but as yet no reply ! The service department can be booked online but has no facility to ask for a quote beforehand. Small issue maybe the request was just overlooked. Luckily competition surrounds them in this particular field.
