Disappointing Experience
Just going to echo a similar experience to some of the other reviews. Reached out about a car and trading in my own, friendly guy got back to me after the weekend and took all the details of my car; reg, mileage etc. then never heard from them again. Reached out twice including an email just asking they weren't interested so I could start looking elsewhere but nothing. Just felt disrespectful to be honest.

I can’t recommend enough
I can’t recommend enough. James was brilliant. He replied to my email quickly and He got me sorted out with the car dealer with lead to a sale. Would definitely use this site again.

Follow up email never followed.
Received an email the following day advising the car is in a cash only value so they wouldn’t accept trade ins, I then sent a follow up email about 10 minutes later asking what is the limit value for a trade in offer and never received a response.
