Disappointing Experience
Just going to echo a similar experience to some of the other reviews. Reached out about a car and trading in my own, friendly guy got back to me after the weekend and took all the details of my car; reg, mileage etc. then never heard from them again. Reached out twice including an email just asking they weren't interested so I could start looking elsewhere but nothing. Just felt disrespectful to be honest.

I can’t recommend enough
I can’t recommend enough. James was brilliant. He replied to my email quickly and He got me sorted out with the car dealer with lead to a sale. Would definitely use this site again.

We bought a car at Carrolls and Roche, Mr Allan served us with excellence, a super new car, quick service right up to handing over the keys, and we even got a surprise gift! very happy with their service! I recommend this car shop.

Paul was great. He assisted us from the start, gave us all the information of what is going to happen until we can get the car. He was very helpful from the time I phoned him to book the car for viewing as well as giving me all information to do the payment.
