Not as good as they used to be
I have always been very happy with car rentals,co.uk until i recently discovered that they are changing the companies terms and conditions. For example I like to use easirent at Manchester however on my last trip I opted for the more expensive Alamo because, according to carrentals, easirent were not offering unlimited mileage. This time however when carrentals.co.uk again showed easirent as only allowing 100km per day I contacted easirent to ask if i could pay extra for unlimited mileage only to be told that all their cars are unlimited mileage. I booked direct with easirent £70 cheaper than the cheapest unlimited mileage car on carrentals.co.uk

After Sales Service was Somewhat Lacking
The car rate was very good, however the car I received was not in the class I expected and was in fact a down grade. Carrentals were not of much assistance in seeking a rental adjustment and I had to approach Hertz directly to seek a satisfactory outcome.

Good site and simple to follow
Good site and simple to follow. Car rental prices are compatible with others. The staff were very helpful though with both amending my booking and ensuring I got a better deal for the longer rental period. I’ll certainly use them again.
