We purchased a Provence Flueless Gas…
We purchased a Provence Flueless Gas Stove through Calors own website. Decided on this as it looked like a nice looking & well designed item and sounded quite economical to run over the winter months. We also considered a log/multi fuel heater as we have a spare unused chimney & fireplace in our lounge but the costs of purchase & installation put them out of our budget. The Provence heater is just excellent!! Easy to use, puts out loads of heat even on the 1st (lower) setting and as a bonus will heat our lounge AND our new 'Orangrie'. Last winter it was freezing in there and the electric underfloor heating we had fitted runs away with electricity 🙁. This winter with our Provence, we're using our Orangrie all the time! A big bonus of the heater is it sits on 4 rubber wheeled castors, 2 of which will swivel so you can move it easily wherever you want. Should add we have wood floors, on carpet it would take a fair bit more effort as the heater is no lightweight esp' with a 15kg gas cylinder on board. Overall, for us, it's just the job, we're delighted with it. Thank you Calor & Universal Innovations on a great product.

Good service
I detected a leak from my gas bottle, I phoned the emergency line and was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Mr Westlake the engineer, phoned within the hour and was with me shortly after. He dealt with the problem and tweaked the gas flow, he was also a very nice man. All in all a top class service.

Heater came on time, BUT,
Heater came on time, BUT, there are no 7kg butane gas bottles available to try it or use it. Have contacted some local stockists who tell me that such Calor cylinders are not being made available by Calor, and as i do not have an empty then they cannot help me. So i am trying other alternative Butane sources.

My old 'Super Ser' finally stopped…
My old 'Super Ser' finally stopped working. Came across Calor Gas Heaters after a search for 7kg gas heaters. I had just replaced the gas bottle on my old heater when it decided to fail so needed a heater that took that size bottle. Found one that fulfilled my requirement at a very good price. But the best bit. Ordered it on Friday expecting a Monday or Tuesday delivery but it arrived Saturday midday. Beat that. The heater was up and running within minutes and met all my expectations and more. Well done Calor Gas Heaters for an exceptional and professional service. Many thanks.

Lifestyle - living flame portable gas fire
Heater arrived on the date and time as agreed. It was well packaged. After wheeling into position and fitting the ignition switch and coals which is straightforwards, the regulator attaches to the gas bottle easily and just clicks into position on top of the bottle. I’ve not used this type of heater and it was incredibly useful to watch the ‘how to’ video on the website demonstrating the procedure to switch it on and off safely. The heater lit first time and the amount of heat is easy to control. I now understand why these heaters sell so quickly and pleased I was able to get one after waiting a few weeks for the ‘in stock’ sign to appear online. Thank you very much,
