I also had an email exchange, with the companies MD. These communications where very freindly and entirely positive, my faith in Building Materials has been redeemed. I would be happy to recommend there services.

Best prices on the market, with quick delivery too!
Ordered superquilt (at a bargain price I might add) but because of the shipment coming late, they offered to send me sf19+ instead for no extra charge. Top firm, wouldn't use anyone else for construction materials. P.S. Phil and George are legends
