Firstly not having a trade a trade account I rang the number on the Website and uniquely in this day and age it was answered quickly by Matt Cooper fantastic communicator and big help he had to locate the bricks I wanted and said he’d ring me straight back AND within 10 minutes we had done the deal. Agreed to get delivery of a pallet of bricks for the following Wednesday for my builder to use the following day. The bricks arrived two days early absolute perfection in terms of service and communication
