Emailed on a Wednesday for a price/delivery of 1,400 bricks & 240 blocks, got an email from Sam next morning. Phoned and discussed delivery times. confirmation email of the order & delivery date arrived by 4:30 same day. Excellent service.

The service offered by BM is second to none. The level of customer service is Professional & staff are very helpful. Always made sure your queries are handled or passed on & dealt with proactively. I’m impressed with the Communication via phone or emails. From queries, help & advice on ordering materials to organising deliveries for the required dates AND TIMES, Steve made my life so much easier. Always Tactile, energetic and above all dedicated! Helpful team
Very helpful team who processed order efficiently and asked me what days suited me. Replied to emails promptly with useful answers and prices were good value. Even the delivery guy was brilliant, good humoured and didn't make a fuss. All round, a good experience and will return when new supplies needed.
