Um!! So we needed to buy some insulation for…
So we needed to buy some insulation for the loft. I decided to buy the 3" insulation slabs at 1.2m x 440 cm. This was perfect for the space I needed. This site provided the perfect solution. So I bought 9 slabs with 8 pieces in each. Waited for delivery and received 7 rolls of acoustic insulation. Um? That's not quite right. So to date we have exchanged almost 20 emails and the long shot is .. I'm stuck with it. They didn't deliver it themselves but instead outsourced the delivery. Update to my issue. My insulation was picked up today and the correct insulation has been delivered. Thanks to the manager and sales assistant for their help.

Really happy with the order & great customer service
Very affordable and the quality of the product is great. I ordered on a Friday and then ordered again the next day (forgot a load of bits) and they happily refunded the excess postage and combined the order, deliver it the coming Tuesday. I have 3 more rooms to do in the future and will definitely be back!
