Sort out the web site

Good service, advice and prices. Friendly staff. Would always recommend them. But -- the website or websites. I tried to find info from the timber side of the business but kept ending up at the Dorline part of the website with no link through to the timber side (which is in the title!) I finally found it when I picked up on the PBSbuildit link. Now, I will admit that it might be me, but I'm of average intelligence, so just a heads-up to BPS that they might want to do something about it, and to anybody wishing to look at their timber.

I love that I can order online

I love that I can order online. I would have given 5 stars but when I ordered and set a date for delivery they were out of stock of one item which was not what it said on the website, so they to change my delivery date. Having said that I use them on a regular basis and I like the company

“Saw isn’t working”

Ordered some wood online, went to collect it and they didn’t have what I wanted and even if they did their “saw wasn’t working” so they wouldn’t have been able to cut what I wanted to the size I wanted. Popped back in a couple of weeks later and had the same experience….
