Service and delivery was good however do not be fooled by the photographs - you need a magnifying glass to see the stone and the stud earrings are really a joke they are so tiny ( pinhead size)

Bloom Boutique has great Customer Service. I had an immediate response to my query & it was resolved to a standard I had not anticipated. A replacement of the original purchase was provided even though they didn’t have to do this. 100% recommendation & thank you!! One happy Customer.

It was my first time using Bloom Boutique and I purchased an engraved bracelet for my friend’s birthday. The product is beautiful and the delivery was fast. I emailed customer services with a query and they got back to me so quickly with a helpful response. Very happy with this service.
Such a great company! This is my second time communicating with them, as a bracelet that I ordered for my mum's previous birthday needed repairing. Chris was very kind and understanding and helped us to get a repaired/replacement out. I was impressed by how quickly this was resolved and was grateful for updates along the way. I bought two bracelets for my partner and I for our one year anniversary. Couldn’t tell you how excited I was to have these for him to open on the day! However that was all ruined once I opened the packaging. The bracelets are tacky and cheap. I paid an extra £22 for the gold bracelet to feel like something you get your kid from Claire’s. It’s shocking to think I’ve had better quality items from TK Maxx for a 1/4 of the price I’ve paid for these. If you want a good quality item, don’t buy from here!!!

My partner purchased a sterling silver necklace for myself as a Christmas present not only had the chain snapped with a couple weeks (I replaced myself) I had noticed the engraving is now no longer visible, I sent an email regarding the issue to be told the warranty only lasts for 6 months, I would expect engraving to last longer then 8 months, Therefore I was told nothing can be done about the issue. I loved the necklace it had my children's and partners name engraved but I'm hugely disappointed the names have disappeared and will now no longer wear it. Waste of money.

I love this brand and have ordered before. Service has always been great....now I'd say their service is fantastic! I'd had to get in touch with customer service as I'd encountered an issue with my purchase. I received a response first thing Monday with a very sincere apology and resolution. Within a few days, I had a replacement with simple instructions on how to return my original item for free. Returning was super easy and Chris who'd responded originally kept me informed every step of the way. Just absolutely phenomenal and unusual in this day when customer service isn't always the greatest! I cannot tell you how blown away I've been with their speedy response and resolution. Not only that, they have stunning jewellery too! I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone.
My daughter gave me a lovely little personalised bracelet on the morning of her wedding. After a problem with the chain snapping my email to Bloom Boutique was quickly replied to and within days I have now received a replacement. Very happy with customer service and love my little bracelet.
Excellent Customer Service I needed a replacement piece for a silver necklace given me by my family. I couldn’t see what I needed on the website so contacted customer service by email. They very promptly replied with a solution to my problem all within 2 days of me contacting them. It is lovely to know that good customer service is still out there in this day and age. Quick delivery and lovely product - however the birthstone is not accurate (ruby is actually pink). After contacting the company they confirmed that this was not an error. The gift was bought as a gift for a friend whose baby was born sleeping and with it being a sensitive reason, I do not feel I can gift it as it is inaccurate. I would happily order products if it was not quite so important to be an accurate match.
I originally ordered a bracelet for my Mum for her birthday which broke on first wear. So I got in touch with the company and Chris helped sort the issue with fast responses and sorted being delivered a new one as soon as possible. Cannot fault the service x
I have ordered from this company before and also had multiple gifts from here and they’re all amazing quality and beautiful pieces. Recently I received a bracelet for my birthday and unfortunately the bracelet had lost a stone in it so I emailed the company and they dealt with it instantly, I could not have asked for better customer service from a company and it is quite possibly the best I’ve ever received. I will continue to order from this business in the future for both myself and gifts for people. Absolutely amazing, 10/10!
I brought a silver plaited necklace for my mother for Christmas, it has cracked on the chain and the pendant, it was 5 months old when this happened, she has followed all care procedures. I was told when I emailed customer service that they are only guaranteed for 3 months! The necklace is not fit for purpose and when shown to a jeweller they said even silver plaited wouldn’t crack like that! I’m very disappointed as my mum can no longer wear it and I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole again and would encourage others not to buy from there! Such a scam!
