Excellent Customer Service
Excellent Customer Service I needed a replacement piece for a silver necklace given me by my family. I couldn’t see what I needed on the website so contacted customer service by email. They very promptly replied with a solution to my problem all within 2 days of me contacting them. It is lovely to know that good customer service is still out there in this day and age.
