Blackout Coffee Co.

I gave a 3-star review on their site, which was verified by the 3rd party site they use for that. It was never put on their site though. They seem to have no problem putting 4 and 5-star reviews up immediately, but 3-stars are almost nowhere to be found and don't bother looking for 1 or 2-stars on their site, they won't publish them. It's a shame. The coffee was okay at best, and my review wasn't even harsh. But the practice of curating reviews needs to stop. I like the idea of their brand, and with 3-star coffee, I can only give this company a 2-star rating. Again... it's a real shame.

Excellent service, product was delivered very quickly and is just leaps and bounds better than any other coffee out there!

Nothing special here!! Tasteless and expensive.

I first learned about Blackout Coffee listening to a pod cast. The company is small but made in the USA which is a rarity in this day and age when everything seems to come from China. I tried the two breakfast coffees and they are both good. I have a family member who drinks hot chocolate and they have that along with some teas. They have a monthly subscription program for those who are interested. So far everything is good and the customer service is very responsive to answer any questions and concerns. Very happy.
