Update: Seller agreed to pay return shipping and refund of purchase price upon receipt of the merchandise. I am happy to upgrade the review. Net refund question. My order (Medicine cabinet with mirror) arrived in sound condition. I opened the top of the stapled carton and carefully measured the cabinet without removing it from the carton. i again measured its intended installation spot and determined that the cabinet would not fit. I requested return instructions and promptly received them. Upon reading the restock charges and pricing the return shipping charges, i could see that returning the cabinet most likely would not result in a net refund.

The salesperson, Peter, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to place my order with him over the phone, with no glitches, which does not often happen these days. The ordered products were received expeditiously. I will use this company again!
