Fast and Accurate
I couldn't place an order online because FedEx's system was offline. So I called in to talk to an agent. They were were Fast, knowledgeable, accurate, with taking my order.

Great Customer Service
I was looking for a great price on some filters (I bought a bunch of bottle fillers from Berl's) and wanted to continue to buy from them but their price seemed higher than others. One phone call, rep told me how to get a better price (Just add it to your cart) and poof, their price beat the others. Just a smooth easy transaction.
