The service we received from Atam Sandhu was amazing. Atam is extremely professional and very experienced with his knowledge in dealing with seriously complicated situations. We are trying to resolve leaks coming into a commercial basement coming from a residential building and land above. Atam has already been able to uncover the source where some of the water is coming from. This was on the first appointment following the initial inspection. The freeholders have had 3 months using other firms of contractors including leak detection who have came up with absolutely nothing and we are really pleased Atam has already detected a source which is really good work. I would highly recommend Atam at Aspect and he deals with matters quickly, professionally and expeditiously.

The engineer, Abdul, was polite, professional and clearly well able to carry out the tasks required. At all times, I was kept up to date with what was happening and what charges were being incurred. I was also informed of potential charges depending on which route through the problem was chosen. Very professional and did a great job.

Matthew fixed the problem very quickly and gave me advise which will save me a considerable amount of money. He was very pleasant, and explained what he was doing.

We tried unsuccessfully to unblock our outside waste water drain. Booked an Aspect plumber online. They arrived on time, got straight on to the job, cleared the soakaway of sludge as well. Drain running freely now and for a very fair price.

I have only good words to say about Barry, the engineer who came to our site. We booked the leak investigation service as our central heating system kept losing pressure and being a commercial hotel building it was an urgent job. However the guys did stress it would take time to find the leak as it is such a big building spread over 5 floors. They were there for 3.5 days and I’m glad to say we found the leak. It’s fair to say we would never have found it without them. Barry was just brilliant, highly qualified and knowledgeable and a nice person too. I have only good words to say about him, Aspect are very lucky to have him. In fact I’d say the 5 stars are purely all for Barry, I would have deducted 1-2 stars because the service is incredibly expensive. The 3.5 days cost us over £10K, we are very happy to have found the leak, but there are lots of companies out there with the same equipment that charge considerably less than Aspect. However it was a pleasure to meet Barry and watch him work, truly an expert. I’m glad he found the leak so a positive result in the end.
