It was amazingly easy to navigate the site and book my flights . Easy and convenient payment options, it made the entire trip a lot more relaxing knowing everything was taken care of. 100% would recommend.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was charged $942 and only received $300/pp return due to them charging me in GBP even though I told the rep I was in the US. Highly disappointed. I will NEVER again use this company.

★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Unacceptable Experience – Avoid This Agency at All Costs I had one of the worst experiences ever with Alternative Airlines. I booked a Turkish Airlines ticket through them, and when Turkish Airlines changed my flight schedule by more than 15 minutes, their own policy clearly stated I was eligible for a full refund without any deduction. Even Turkish Airlines' customer service confirmed this and told me that only the travel agency has the authority to process the cancellation and refund. Despite this, Alternative Airlines refused to cancel my ticket and claimed they were not authorized to do so — which is completely false. They kept giving me the runaround while I was losing time and money. This kind of behavior is deceptive and unacceptable. This is not the first time they acted irresponsibly. I also booked a flight to London and paid for my seat in advance, but when I checked in, I discovered that they never purchased my seat. It took multiple emails and phone calls over three days just to get a refund. Only after a lot of pressure did they finally manage to book my return seat. This company is completely unreliable, dishonest, and irresponsible. Their actions feel like fraud, and they should not be trusted with any bookings. I strongly warn others to stay away — book directly with the airline or through a trustworthy agency.
