Two days before our flight, we found out this company had canceled our tickets without any notice. We called customer service, and they told us we had to pay another $3,000 to rebook. After arguing, they rebooked the flight — but it turned out to be one-way only. They said they would send us the return ticket information, but we never received it. We've called and emailed many times, and they have completely ignored us. Now we're stuck in Japan, trying to figure out how to get back to the U.S. on our own. This trip was both a vacation and a visit to see our sick parents, and this situation has caused us so much stress. Thankfully, our bank is now involved and has flagged this company — we’re in the process of getting our money back. We are also preparing to take legal action against this company. What they did is unacceptable and feels like fraud. We believe this company is a scam, and we want to warn others to stay far away. Honestly, we suspect all the positive reviews are fake. Don’t fall for them!
