Worked out very well; I was able to use two different airlines and go in and out of a city on the same day. Customer service is very good; had some confusion about boarding passes but was cleared up by customer service rep.

Very bad experience with this company. I requested my refund before my flight. 5 months have passed and they never give a clear answer. I have never experienced anything like this with any company. In addition, their rates and prices are really excessive. I would give them 0 stars if possible. The packages they sell and their cancellation policies are not real.

When arriving at our int’l destination on the way to our final stop, we were a few minutes late to board our final flight booked through Alternative Airlines. I called up Alternative Airlines to get us rebooked onto the next flight - they could not. Nor could the operator so we were essentially stranded at an airport with no option but to charter a private flight - not cheap. I provided 1 star as the customer services rep really tried to help but was unable. So bottom line, I’d try and book directly with the airline. Also note, after trying to obtain a refund, the refund company they use immediately sent me back to Alternative Airlines, even though I purchased the protection.
