Worst experience, I recently made a booking for my travel from Abu Dhabi to Mumbai and back, I needed to amend my dates. However, it was not permitted through alternative airlines stating it will be zero refund. When I check the same with the airlines, they show the refund amount. I dont understand why you have to lie to your customers?
