I would never deal with this company…
I would never deal with this company ever again!!! Left me high and dry with a car that was not fit for sale with a blown head gasket and didn't want to know.. Very very rubbish after sales team with no compation for the customer as long as the have got your money they are not bothered at all!!!! STAY CLEAR IF I WAS YOU AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! # CRAP CARS !!!!!!!!!!

Bought a car online took it back a week…
Bought a car online took it back a week later ( as I was told I could at no cost) as it wasn’t right for me and changed to an insignia,then realised they had taken either £1500 or £2000 of my deposit I put down…robbing fckers give em a wide berth

Would Highly recommend Accept
Would Highly recommend Accept. Was very wary to begin with as it all seems a bit 'too good to be true.' From the moment i applied online on Thursday, i had everything sorted and approved and my new car was delivered and sitting in my drive the following Tuesday (5 days) Will @ Accept, who i dealt with from the beginning kept me upto date all along the way, either via email or phone call, and i cannot thank him enough for making everything so smooth. Answered every single question i had and made it a very easy process. My car was delivered by delivery driver John, who was very helpful and was here for more than an hour just talking through the process of everything, even though he had just driven almost 400 miles to my doorstep and then had to make the journey back, which in turn meant i had no travelling to do, and even then, if the car wasn't for me i didn't have to proceed. Not many companies would do this for their customers. Overall, i would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a car to give these guys a try. You won't be disappointed.
