Excellent customer service
I would never deal with this company ever again!!! Left me high and dry with a car that was not fit for sale with a blown head gasket and didn't want to know.. Very very rubbish after sales team with no compation for the customer as long as the have got your money they are not bothered at all!!!! STAY CLEAR IF I WAS YOU AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! # CRAP CARS !!!!!!!!!!
Easy process and very helpful
Bought a car online took it back a week later ( as I was told I could at no cost) as it wasn’t right for me and changed to an insignia, then realised they had taken either £1500 or £2000 of my deposit I put down…robbing fckers give em a wide berth

Great honest help, very quick process and car delivered to my door
I applied for finance, my credit history isn't bad but is limited due to not having previous credit. The advisor I spoke to seemed very helpful and assured me he was pretty certain he could source finance for me. 2 days passed and I heard nothing so gave him a call to be told it was still with the finance company awaiting a decision, he said he'd call me as soon as he heard anything and I've not heard anything since.
Very fast and really easy. Paul O'Brien provided excellent customer service, he was friendly and very helpful.
Please note that in fairness I am leaving this review without having bought a car from ACF. Over the telephone this dealership came accross as a little slippery, they seem to be advertising cars on eBay that they don’t actually have. This little sales trick encourages the potential customer to make contact and then you get some rubbish over the telephone about it going through the finance application process with another customer - hence practically sold and unavailable to view. To test this I enquired about the same vehicle weekly over a period of 4 weeks. The vehicle is still listed on eBay over 5 weeks after having first seen it, yet it is still unavailable to view as its “going through the fianance application” Their website boasts a finance decision within the hour. (Eh?) The sales staff seemed uninterested when I pointed out that I only wanted to view that particular vehicle. Every time we spoke they offered to call me back if the applicant was unsuccessful in securing finance, but never even asked for my name or contact details. I find that an honest straight forward approach works best in my line of work and I appreciate the same when I am the client. Used car dealerships get a bad name generally and it’s this type of behaviour that rang an alarm bell with me and personally I decided not to do business with them. However the team at Bristol street motors in Halifax are fantastic to deal with and I’ll review their service positively in a separate review. Buying a used car is a potential minefield and hope this has helped.
Great service, always communicating and finding me the right car for my budget. Well impressed with everything and will recommend the business to anyone
absolutely disgusted with this company. they have tried to miss sell the car (saying it had a cruise control and sat nav when it didn't) after paying delivery fees we sent the car back. still waiting 4+ weeks ( and probably will go through ombudsman) on receiving the shortfall from them of our part exchange. constantly getting fobbed off and never calling back or responding to numerous calls and messages. Would not recommend and would never use again!
The service I have received has been amazing, I’m not a straight forward customer but they have gone way beyond
