Unexpected Call… Great Result
The call initially came out of the Blue late evening as I was looking at and comparing the quote with my existing cover. The agent was able to put me at my ease by providing evidence of his authenticity. He outlined in a little more detail the main benefits and answered my questions making sure I understood

An old school engineer priceless
Hi I had 24/7 home rescue come to my house on the 1/7/25 to service my boiler. The booking of this work was very easy, I was given a phone call to advise the engineer was 15 minutes away. Kevin an old school engineer turned up and was very professional, courteous and advised everything he was doing and needed to do. Within 30 minutes everything was completed and I would have no reservations with recommending him to service/ work on your vulnerable grandma, aunt etc as I know he would never try to take advantage by doing unnecessary work. It is such a shame that we don’t have enough Kevin’s to go round 10/10
