Unexpected Call… Great Result

The call initially came out of the Blue late evening as I was looking at and comparing the quote with my existing cover. The agent was able to put me at my ease by providing evidence of his authenticity. He outlined in a little more detail the main benefits and answered my questions making sure I understood

Bad experience with 24/7 customer service team and complaints department

Fridge freezer was not working, had engineer visit after 4 days, they've ordered the parts and waited another 8 days , it was out of stock and will take time to get the parts when I called them and explained. They offered £200 for a replacement or I need to provide proof of purchase to get full amount. Enough from them - it's not peace of mind product- it's lost my peace and gave me stressful time. They were not helpful at all.

I recently had the pleasure of working with 247, I have been a customer of theirs for many years. Their service engineer who came to do the yearly service was excellent. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and genuinely attentive to my concerns. What stood out most was his friendly and helpful attitude. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was functioning perfectly before leaving.

Won't allow me to book the service I pay for

Company keeps sending me messages to book the annual service I payed for in my package but after several months have still to make a single slot actually available to book Speaking to customer service just got me another link to unavailable slots. Requested call back ignored. Absolute joke. Fortunately Ive not had an emergency yet ...I guess there's none of those available either
