Be very careful with this company, wanted to check when my MOT was due, somehow managed to get onto this site. I now find that they are taking £7.95 a month out of my account. This is definitely scam country.

If I could give them ZERO stars..!
If I could give them ZERO stars - I would! I'm another deceived person to add to the queue of people here. We clicked on what we thought was a link to tax a car and then got this sh*t! Very deceitful way of marketing themselves as a government website for car tax. Got charged £7.95 for some BS subscription. They would not budge and stated their system is very clearly....very clearly meant to deceive more like! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Non agreement to direct debit
Non agreement to direct debit I suddenly realised that I have had £7.95 taken out of my account for the last two months and I had no idea what vehicle information was. I did go online to sort out my car tax and check when the mot was due in my car but I certainly didn’t sign up for anything or agree that this amount could be taken monthly from my account. Please cancel any further repayments and it would be a good customer service if I were to be refunded amounts already pad.

I too was unwittingly signed up to this scam “ subscription” without my authorisation and have realised I’ve been having a monthly payment taken from my account for £5.95 since last September ! I had believed I was on the official DVLA website when renewing my car tax .
