Teacher over estimated students ability to understand Mandarin thus the student often did not know what to do despite repeated commands or encouragements. Some valuable learning time is wasted.

Whenever I need help, the WuKong customer service team is super quick and helpful. They make everything so easy, and I can tell they really care about giving both parents and kids a great experience.

information that was given to me by a local rep was COMPLETELY different from what we've heard after a trial class. class was fun. but the teacher that did the trial class schedule is also full, so eventho she liked the teacher, we cannot book another session with her, no matter what day.

Not enough flexibility to discuss the shortcomings of the course. Borderline dismissive attitude when pointing out the educational needs (eg pinyin and pronounciation tips lists of new vocabulary per lesson, only 4 words are displayed in Chinese, not in pinyin and no pronounciation tips.) It takes 30 minutes per lesson using ChatGPT to decipher the lesson and summarise the learnings with our son.

I had a great experience using WuKong for my first time studying Chinese! The lessons are easy to understand, and I really appreciate being able to listen to real native speakers. The teachers correct my pronunciation and help me with my homework, which reinforces what I’ve learned. It makes learning much easier and more enjoyable. I highly recommend WuKong to anyone starting their Chinese language journey!

Very effective and can learn even when u travel. Easy to adjust lesson time and prompt response from the agent who arrange the class. The teacher is very professional and makes the learning enjoyable. U can do the revisions for the previous lessons anytime u like. Highly recommended!!

Scamming Company Joined the platform a few months ago, 1. immediately they are lying about their so called 20 free hours class. They lie to you, so you sign up, but then refuse to let you claim it. 2. During the course, they keep cancelling class without any advance notice. I had to call them later to find out myself that my kid's course is cancel. 3. There is no privacy protection for your kids, they keep recordings and share your kids's video as promotional material for others without consent. This is such a terrible company doing illegal Pratice, everyone works there should be ashamed.
