All my doubts are clarified. They prioritise the quality of the class, the long term outcome.

Sales staff is extremely pushy, borderline rude and condescending. 'We need the payment now', 'once the promotion is over it will never be seen again'. The website is also not transparent. All ran by autogenerated questions. The classes are all driven by marketing of the brand. Ie. you score more credits only when you share their promotional materials. The whole brand is not centred around education, but rather marketing and money. The sales team pushes whatever package prices they wish. It's not a centralised pricing model that's available on their website, transparent for everyone to see. Furthermore, the sales team do not respect personal privacy. They will chat to you on WhatsApp at all hours of the day. The sales staff messaged me at 10pm in the evening telling me I must sign up within the next 2hrs but then another sales staff said the promotion was still available the next day. The whole process is very shady.

Very respectful and detailed service

We’ve been with WuKong for over a year for English ELA, and my child’s writing and reading skills have improved so much. The teacher is really supportive, always offering personalized help when needed. My child is now more confident with schoolwork and enjoys reading more than ever!

My elder kid has been with Wukong for 3 years and her enthusiasm for mandarin has increased, not decreased. Her teacher is wonderful and I’m still sticking with them in the foreseeable future.

My boy has been learning with WuKong for 3 years now, and the progress has been incredible! The lessons are interesting, and the teacher, Mr. Wang, is fantastic. He really knows how to keep my child interested and motivated!
