I have not received my order. It’s been three months and the tracking number is now expired. I emailed them and no response.

This company was taking advantage of World Cup hype selling products they didn't even have, doing shady shipping tactics such as producing a label, marking it shipped when the package was not picked up for 2 weeks later. Both times I've called I was told shipping to Canada can take up to up to 2 months. I call bull! I am a shipper that ships to and from the US all the time and yes, you can't control how long customs holds it, but you can chose a quicker service so it doesn't take a month to get a package to the border! There has been no update to tracking since Dec 14th, and it's a month later. It missed the world cup, it missed christmas, and they refused to issue a refund/return until it arrives. They were quite dismissive with my call/concern and seemed like they didn't care. If my products are not in my hands in a weeks time, I'm calling my credit card company to report.

I placed an order on December 12 for a Christmas gift as it said it would take 5-10 business days to arrive. 3 weeks passed and it still did not arrive. I called twice to ask where it may be and the customer service was very rude for no reason when I just politely asked when I can expect the order to arrive. Avoid at all costs because if I saw these bad reviews earlier I would have just ordered from elsewhere.

I got a reply on TrustPilot to assist me again with my order. Just for fun, I responded and send my order number and I get that I was refunded partially and other item as it shipped. I made one bug order. They never honored the coupon code of 2dayoff. Still paid shipping, and they end up sending one item that will arrive sometimes in 2023 after January. The item was shipped was literally $5. Why would you even send it?

I placed an order with 2 day shipping , called the day after they were supposed to arrive. Guaranteed the items would be shipping the next morning. The morning they were supposed to ship received an email telling me they would not be received until the following month.

I made my order 1 month ago. Paid by credit card. Transaction was cancelled as the money wasnt claimed. Then a month later. Money was deducted! I dont even have a shipping or tracking number. Only email i got was to write a review! I wouldnt recommend them.

If you’re not happy with an item or ordered the wrong size they will charge your account $6 for a return fee. Not worth it.

I ordered a jersey from this company and they sent me a code for no shipping. They sent me an invoice with out the shipping and then charged me 3 days later for the shipping. I will never order from here again. There trying to be sneaky. You can have the 10.99!!

At first I was quite skeptical about the website and also about the bad rating of it here on Trustpilot. But I have to say I can not complain at all. I ordered the Benzema golden edition shirt which was sent to me 1,5 months after I bought it on the website. It is the original jersey, the shipment was quite fast for the fact it came from the US to europe and was packed in nicely. Definetely recommend. Greetings from Austria

Avoid at all costs!! Ordered a jersey adidas top for my son 8 weeks ago. Received the wrong colour top after 5 weeks. Been contacting seller and then been promised text back and Excuse after excuse no refund and no shirt.

I ordered a jersey months ago from this website and it arrived defective. You would like to believe with the amount of time they had to prepare the order everything shouldve gone smoothly. Definitely NOT! My jersey was missing a number and wrong size! Not to mention when I called customer service they gave me no solutions. Im never ordering from this site again.

I made an order over a month ago, I received a confirmation email and a tracking number, a month later the tracking number says they are waiting to receive the item from the seller! I have had email communication with the company and they have made many excuses including it was a public holiday etc! I was then told I would receive them last week! And yet again nothing! I have requested a refund and they are no longer replying to my emails! Do not buy from this company they are scammers!!

Bummed to see the bad reviews, I should have looked at these before! I ordered a couple of shirts from them over a month ago as a gift and they are yet to ship. I emailed them with the order number and they told me that they had to print the “Liverpool” shirt and it would be on its way shortly. However, I didn’t order a Liverpool shirt! I ordered USA and Tottenham! I emailed them again, and their response was as if it was the first time hearing from me. I messaged them a THIRD time and they said “ Unfortunately, we are going to need a little more information from you to be able to locate your order. If you wouldn't mind, please contact us with…“. What!?!? I have you my order number all three messages and all of a sudden it’s not enough?? Also my email is my first and last name. Will I ever get my order!?!! The world may never know. 10/10 not ordering again. Order number 423697356

Also thank you to David F. who answered my original review and was extremely considerate, concise and informative with the status of the order. Ordered a soccer jersey two months ago, and it still has not arrived. Got a tracking number, but nothing since. Have tried reaching out for assistance but no response. Think I’ve been scammed. Do not work with this company.

Hice una compra el pasado 26/8/22 y el pedido iba a ser entregado el 7/9. Luego, tras confirmar el pago, el correo electronico de confirmacion dice que el pedido va a ser entregado el 17/10! es imposible para mi esperar tanto tiempo porque me voy a mudar a otro domicilio.
