Great place to shop online, easy to find jerseys on bigger size (mine is 2XL) can't say anything about delivery cause I just ordered my jersey

The website was easy to navigate. Pics of the products were bright and clear and the prices were fair. Shipping time is acceptable. The 10% sign-up discount was the only issue. It was not added to the final price.

Meh is all I can say. I have order from this site many times with no problem. Then I ordered a jersey, had it customized and what I received was generic heat transfer letters and numbers. Before today, my items arrived and looked identical to the pictures on the site. Customer Service responded with canned comments. This is the end of my orders with this shop. There’s competitors that will be transparent and let you know if they can’t customize because of stock/availability reasons. For that reason alone, I’m out. Edit- I was asked to provide an order number. Please feel free to follow up with your customer service representative named Jonathan B. (October 11th was the last communication) if you truly desire details about this transaction.

I have purchased twice from this store and have never had a bad experience. I rate them as I see them and my experience was flawless. Great selection and delivered quickly.

Quick to take money and make fake promises. I was promised an immediate email after my purchase, confirming my order and update me on the shipping and handling except, that email was never sent. A week after I emailed customer service and was promised an email to help me resolve the silence except that never happened. It's been several days since my email and I'm still in the dark. I don't even know if my package will ever be shipped. My order number is 427325660 and I've emailed customer service and haven't heard anything back.

I ordered a product over a week and a half ago, and I was told the item would ship immediately as they had it in stock. I have yet to receive a shipment notification. I have called their customer service twice this week and been left on hold for several minutes, ultimately hanging up because no one answered the phone. David F, please don’t respond that I should contact customer service because that’s a waste of time! My order number is 427312188. I need the tripod asap!

Disgusting service and company trying to scam me by charging me more for shipping and then when I wanted to cancel do not notify me or communicate with me at all. AVOID IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY!

I started an order for a pair of soccer cleats. I had discount codes for free shipping, a 10% if I signed up for texts and another for 10%. My total before I checked out went from $74.99 to $82...up not down. I called and sw Brad. He put me on hold and said his supervisor told him after I completed the purchase, the deductions would be made. Done...bill was still $82. I called again and sw Ryan. He took off the shipping and was able to take off one of the 10% charges and was going to give me the new total which would not be visible until after midnight. My calculations were about $65. He put me on hold and sw his supervisor. The response was that they would only apply 1 discount even though their website did not indicate that, the code was accepted on the checkout screen AND the previous supervisor and employee said they would all come off. I nicely explained this to him and asked why the codes were accepted and why I was told by another employee and supervisor they would come off. He did not have an answer or offer to transfer me to the alleged supervisor. I told him that if they were not going to honor their word and information from the website...let alone bicker over a 10% charge of about $7, they would force me to cancel the order. He really didn't care or offer to try to make it right. Poor company, uninformed employees and very incorrect website. I would pay more at another store than buy from these people. Beware

My order was rescheduled more than 3 times and then I found out it was canceled. I didn't receive any updates or refunds. # 426335317

I wish I had read reviews before. I bought an arsenal shirt. They were quick to take the payment but they never provide any update yet the delivery is overdue. I'll try to get refund though. There should be customer protection agencies, I'll check.

This company is scam artist...do not order from here. We paid for shipping then later recieved a bill from FedEx. When you pay outrageous price for shirt and shipping to get a bill from FedEx is fraudulent..

Please I am yet to get the awful experience like I have read so far about your company/service. I had only placed my order for a jersey earlier today before coming across these sad reviews. I am really worried, please can you help that my order gets to me as expected unlike the many bad reviews on your platform

Bought these boots back in January. We are pushing the end of of February now and still haven’t received them. They are emailing asking for us to review the boots that we haven’t even received. They then said wait until mid March. I said the boots won’t fit my kid by then. These were 270 dollar boots as well. No shipping updates available which is very frustrating and suspicious. I’m beginning to believe we aren’t getting these boots and been scammed. To avoid disappointment use a different alternative to this shop.

Scam!!! Do not order from these people!! Ordered boots for my child that was meant to arrive in October 2022. It’s now feb 2023. Took my money even though they said I wouldn’t be charged until the order was shipped. Absolute joke, should be ashamed to scam people out their own hard working cash. I just keep getting emails with an update on my order every month saying it will arrive the next month. Keep emailing about cancelling and no response, their phone lines are not working for me either.

ITS LEGIT!!! I saved over 50 dollars on a jersey from this site. Im so glad I ignored the negative reviews. The standard shipping was extremely fast it only took 4 days for my package to arrive. They kept sending me updates on its whereabouts too. The jersey came in perfect condition. The website is easy to navigate and there’s a lot of information surrounding the company and its reliability. This was my first time ever buying from this site and I had a great experience. cant wait to order again. FYI if you’re planning on buying something as a gift the packaging is NOT discreet as it says soccer.com all over it in red.

World soccer shop sent me a commemorative ball for the world cup game of Morocco v France when I originally ordered one for Croatia vs Morocco third place playoff. their shipping was delayed but was expected due to the holiday rush but they weren't able to correct the order or even attempt to and only offered a refund after spending 300$ plus on a ball you think they will be able to get the order correct this is a massive mistake that should of never happened and now I am out of a limited time ball that I bought weeks ago.

ordered soccer shoes on November 25 2022 today is January 17 and no shoes yet!!! sent 5 emails - no answer if you want to deal with this headache then order from them otherwise just order from the big retailers to avoid this bulsheet
