The delivery was prompt, and the customer service were helpful, but on the contrary, have not received the 'Test Strips' pack of six, which I was told will be delivered separately via Royal mail, which never happened, upon speaking with the customer care team, nearly after a week of the unit delivery [DHL], I was told that, these were not in stock and they do not know the the ETA, this should have been made clear at the point of sale, as this is a breach by 'Trading Standards' regulation, as this should have been made aware at the time of sale, now no body knows, when this will be delivered.
