Absolute terrible customer service. Left a sour taste in my mouth. I couldn’t recommend them less. You’re far better off going to their competitors, and it’s frequently less expensive. Such a sad reality for a Canadian business. Shame on you.

Webstuff is always hard if you aren't well versed in DNS and such, but the folks at WHC support are amazingly responsive. It was easy to get a human to help, and my issues were resolved quickly by friendly and professional agents. Thank you for being an awesome Canadian company I am proud to have made the switch!

Very good services

I found WHC to be very difficult to deal with. I finally had to move my domain to another hosting service. Once initiated, I sent all mail from WHC to trash. In a move pf petty vindictiveness, WHC added a small charge to my billing (after I initiated the process to move), then added a 5000% penalty to the charge. During the process, I wanted, and could not find out how to close my account. AI advises that one has to write to them to ask permission to close one's account. I plan to write to them, indeed.

I had a problem setting up my new email accounts. I worked with the AI chat "person" for a while and that was pretty good. However, there was one issue that was unresolved so it was turned over to a Technical Support Expert. Wow! Albert Einstein once said, "If you can't explain it simply you don't understand it well enough." Well, WHC obviously has people who DO understand it well enough! I'm very grateful and highly impressed with the technical support operation at this company. Best I've ever encountered!

Nelly was able to fix my issue within minutes so that I could set up my new email. I'm not fond of the chatbot feature, as it rarely solves my problem, but the human tech support at WHC is stellar. There's something to be said for the human touch! Thanks, Nelly! You're the best! Nicky
