I saw some phishing emails and called WHC, got connected with Nicolas who was a gentleman and quickly analyzed all of my domains (there are a lot) and found some issues which he fixed for me very quickly. He’s very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, after many years with WHC I was considering switching hosting providers but I don’t think I’ll ever think that way again based on how Nicolas handled everything. Regained my trust and business hopefully for many more years to come. Thanks for your help Nicolas!

Bonjour, Nous avons eu un service impeccable avec Justin au support technique face à mes MX mails en 2 minutes tout était réglé. Je n'en reviens pas surtout après toutes les péripéties que nous avons avec notre fournisseur Internet et que nous avons eu avec notre fournisseur de VPN. I've used WHC to host my website since 2017. The first few years were a bit of a struggle. But for the past 5 years, the attention to detail, the rapid response and the genuinely helpful staff have really turned the webhosting experience to a positive one for me. It really took a concerted effort to turn my experience positive, but I have to give credit where credit is due. WHC did it. And they have been On Top of the hosting process for many years now, doing a great job.

Vast improvement over the last web host -- always very reachable and helpful on the phone.

I recently bought a web hosting plan and copied my club's website over from my former webhost. There are a number of details I've never done before related to creating a second account with WHC, transferring the web hosting product to the new account, transferring the domain name from the current registrar, making my new web hosting plan known by the domain name, and adjusting the DNS entries to point to my new web site. (And another half dozen related details.) WHC support staff patiently helped me work through all these steps. If only all companies had support like WHC there would be a lot less frustration in the world! Kudos to WHC.

I was not able to do outgoing emails from my phone or computer. Crisis. Sophia M from WHC stayed with me for almost two hours (!) to see me through on both devices - everything was back to normal by the end of the call, and she stayed with me to ensure that it continued working. She deserves a 6-star rating!!
