Wetsuit Rental has done a fantastic job helping us get the best fit for our son! They respond to questions and really work hard to get the best fit for my tall, skinny 14 year old! The best thing is when you call you get an actual person who is ready and willing to help you. Kristen is professional and friendly and I I appreciate all she does to help my son have a great race!

Awesome! Fast service, and easy to follow procedures. I was worried that the wetsuit wouldn’t get here in time for the race which was two weeks out. The thing basically arrived the day after I ordered it. And a little note wishing me good luck! The note improved my morale but sadly not my time...that’s my fault though not the wetsuit. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I got my suit in 2 days and it fit correctly, it also worked out well during the race. I ended up using the option to buy the suit after my race, it was an easy process.

First time experience wearing a wetsuit and the owner was extremely helpful. She helped with sizing, matching manufacturer styles to it body types, tips for getting it on and off. Very positive experience and will be repeat customers!!

This was my first wetsuit rental experience and it was so easy! They asked good questions and as a result my wetsuit fit perfectly! It even came with a cute hand written note wishing me good luck in my triathlon. The return process was super easy as well! I would highly recommend!

Really great experience. I'd never done a tri and decided to get a wetsuit the week of the event - like 5 days before. I gave them some information about me - first time tri, not a strong swimmer but won't drown (probably) and they sent a suit next day and it was PERFECT.

Rented 3 wet-suits for the Saguaro Sprint in Tempe AZ. Arrived quickly, all fit perfectly and was even able to return them after the sprint at their booth set up for the Iron-man, the 'real' event. Very helpful and friendly.

Came a day early, fit great, wetsuit in good condition (a couple small nicks that had been patch, to be expected). Found a super small tear in the wrist (didn't affect wetsuit performance at all) and I emailed them to make sure I wouldn't get charged since it was already there. Received a prompt response assuring me I was all good and wishing me luck in the race. The handwritten sticky included in the package was a nice personal touch :)

I loved the ease of the wetsuit rental and return, however the wetsuit itself was just ok. The mobility in the shoulders of the particular wetsuit I received was no better than my surfing wetsuit, there was a slight tear in the ankle portion, and the label indicated that it was a 2015 model. So for that reason I wouldn’t pay the additional $75 to purchase it. The good thing about the wetsuit was the buoyancy it provided in the lower body, so it did the job of keeping me warm and my lower body lifted during my swim.

This may be the best customer service interaction I’ve had in the past 10 years ... they patiently worked with me to get sizing right and with a cheerful attitude ... have referred my son and a close friend to them and they too had great experiences ... this truly is a no brainer to rent from them and I will happily be a repeat customer

So easy! Very helpful and personal! When I thought my wetsuit didn’t fit I called the owner and she walked me through some steps to make sure it didn’t fit before sending me another one. Turned out to be just right!
