Received my wetsuit in plenty of time before my event with a handwritten note wishing me luck. Easy return with an acknowledgment that the wetsuit had been received. It was a great experience.

This was my first triathlon and thus my first wetsuit rental. The whole process was SMOOTH AS BUTTER ... which is a whole lot more then I can say for my completion of my first triathlon. I finished, thank God, and it was only through the motto - slow and steady completes this race. There is great communication throughout the entire process from wetsuitrental.com, from the time you order, to instructions on how to return to the actual receipt of the wetsuit when it comes back into their warehouse. Good first experience, Suit was great. Fit well. Performed as expected. Kept from spending a ton on my first tri that I needed a wetsuit. Gave me a good idea what I need to look for when I buy one.

I so appreciated the assistance I got when I felt my wetsuit was too small and tight. I requested a sleeveless wetsuit which was sent to me without any question. Everyone was so helpful and professional and responsive! Than you team.

Great service

The suit was great, fit and condition. They apparently had a run on my size so it shipped later than expected and I had to reschedule my practice swim which was inconvenient.

Great service. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the age of the suit. If it were new or like new I would have paid to keep it. I had friends who received brand new suits with the tags still on them. Otherwise, very convenient service. Would absolutely use them again in the future.
