Great service and communication.

The folks at Wetsuit Rental were extremely helpful and gracious. I am not the easiest person to size a wetsuit to over the internet and this was my first foray into doing a triathlon. When the first suit was not the best option for me they immediately sent me another one that worked. Their website was additional very helpful in the videos they provided about how to get into the wetsuit and how to deal with less than optimal open water swimming conditions. Included with the wetsuit was a hand written note wishing me well and cheering me on. I felt like they were part of the team encouraging me. Thanks for everything!

I have rented through WetsuitRental.com a few times and they always accommodate my request for a specific brand or feature whenever possible. I always receive my wetsuit with plenty of time to try it on and get in practice swims before my event and have been very flexible with return schedule when travel after a race delays my ability to return it immediately. I will definitely rent from them again in the future!

Very helpful and supportive. Took into consideration my requests. Would rent from them again. Only downside is the price to purchase the rented suit. I believe the company could make more sales by lowering the sale price a bit. Do a bit more market research into the going rate for the wetsuits

We rented and ended up purchasing 2 wetsuits from this company and were very pleased with the excellent quality and service provided. The owners went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect wetsuits for our 2 children. My kids had a wonderful experience with their first lake swim while many kids without wetsuits were too cold and had a negative experience. I am so happy we rented wetsuits and my kids can't wait for their next race. This is a wonderful company and the wetsuits were in perfect condition.

I loved working with wetsuit rental. It gave me the opportunity to try out a Wetsuit I had been considering but not sure if I wanted to make the investment. Turned out I didn't really like the Wetsuit and I'm glad I didn't spend a lot of money to buy it. Staff was super helpful -- the wetsuit was shipped right away and I was notified quickly when it was received back to them. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Was very unsure on getting the right size, as it was my first time experience wearing a wet suit. It was a great fit with minimal friction and the area the rubbing occurred is a normal expected area in the first place. Everything was quick and their follow up/through was spot on.

My wetsuit arrived within three business days and fit perfectly. This is my 2nd time using WetsuitRental.com and I will likely use them again in the future. The sizing charts, ordering, and return processes make it a hassle free transaction.
