Their website is super attentive to the first time and repeat triathletes. Lots of information to read, highly recommend all to take the time to read it. When I ordered I sent a note in comments about my concerns of being cold while swimming in the Pacific. With my wetsuit rental came a cute yellow sticky handwritten note assuring me I was getting the warmest suit they offered and much encouragement on my triathlon! That really went a long way with me because it was so personalized! I finished, I'm a Triathlete ! Would totally order from Wetsuit Rental again!!

Incredible service! I received the right sized wetsuit and when I struggled with the first use, they talked me through proper fit and offered to ship the next size if I needed it after giving it a 2nd go. Return was very easy. I'd use them again without question.

Not even close to the right size - I'm 5"11 170 ilbs and the Orca 8 was at least 2 sizes too small
