This was my very first time using Wetsuit Rental and it was a delight working with them. I order my rental 2 weeks before my first TRI. It showed up on time and fit well but there was a problem with the zipper and after contacting them they sent me another suit immediately. I would highly recommend using them in the future

Great customer service. I ordered two wetsuits, one for myself and one for my wife. But they accidentally only sent one. When I caught the error and emailed them about it they immediatly replied and sent a new one right away. They also had a booth at the tri I raced in and I was able to just drop off the suits after the race.

My wetsuit came in plenty of time before my event, and it fit great. They even sent instructions for how to put it on, so that someone who is new to wearing them (like myself) can do it correctly. They also sent clear and easy instructions about how to return it, which was nice as well.

They had a booth at my race, and let me turn in the wetsuit, soaked in lake water and covered in transition area gravel, so I didn’t have to fly home with it. Absolutely worth it.

Have rented from them multiple times! They always send the perfect fit and the return process makes it so easy I can't imagine renting from anyone else.

I rented a wetsuit for my first triathlon because I didn't own one and I wasn't sure if I wanted the sleeveless style or not. Everything from selection to delivery to return was seamless and I'm very appreciative. The suit arrived quickly and I had plenty of time to try it on and do some swimming in it before traveling for my race. The fit of the suit was perfect and it didn't bunch up or constrict me at all during the swim. My first Wildflower Long Course Triathlon is in the books and it wouldn't have been possible without y'all. Thank you again!

This was my first experience ordering/renting a wetsuit. Their sizing selection process was easy to understand and fun to use. The suit arrived on time and was in a great condition as well. The piece that really impressed me was the little hand written thank you note. Just a great experience from start to finish.

I tried multiple times to get a wetsuit and it was super frustrating because other companies could not find one that would fit me. After I found wetsuit rental they shipped me the right size suit a week before my race which gave me plenty of time to try it out! I really appreciate their hard work and attention to detail! I will use them for all my future races!
